Our paper “Exact Methods for Discrete $\Gamma$-Robust Interdiction Problems with an Application to the Bilevel Knapsack Problem” (jointly with Ivana Ljubic and Martin Schmidt) has been accepted for publication in Mathematical Programming Computation! Here is the preprint.
